How we index services
Services are identified from official ministry websites and government.lc. Each entry is verified against the originating domain before being added.
We index services through a combination of automated scraping and manual verification. A service is added to the index when it has a stable, publicly accessible URL on a government domain, a clear description of eligibility and scope, and an identifiable responsible ministry or department.
Services are not added on the basis of press releases alone. They must be reachable through the official service portal or the originating ministry website. Broken or removed service URLs are flagged rather than deleted, to preserve the historical record.
The citizen-task and district columns are populated as the scraper mapping is extended. If a service you use is not listed here, the indexing has not yet reached that domain.
